For over 40 years, Ford has been the leader in the pickup segment. Its most popular truck is the Ford F-150. Ford is continually working to make this truck stronger, smarter, and better in every way. This is evident in the all-new, completely redesigned 2021 Ford F-150 which delivers even more capability and performance. Here are a few updates from this upcoming model.

The 2021 Ford F-150 will debut with a new engine option – a 3.5-liter PowerBoost hybrid V6. Ford says this engine is expected to deliver more horsepower and torque than any other truck engine on the market today. It will also be the only full hybrid option available in the segment. Ford says it will offer an estimated driving range of 700 miles and will be able to tow at least 12,000 pounds.

Ford wants to make sure drivers like you have the power they need. The redesigned F-150 will be available with a Pro Power Onboard generator, which will have up to 7.2 kilowatts of energy. This should be more than enough for your power tools and any other equipment you might need.

Another way the updated F-150 can help you get your work done is with the available Tailgate Work Surface. It comes with cupholders, an integrated ruler, and a pencil holder. This is great for jotting down notes and creating your next worksite plan.

Although the 2021 Ford F-150 isn’t available yet, you can still shop for the 2020 Ford F-150 at Tropical Ford in Orlando, FL.

If you are looking for a truck that delivers excitement and performance every time you get behind the wheel, then you need the Ford Ranger. Making this truck even better, Ford has announced three new Ford Performance upgrade packages.

These packages can help make the customization process easier with dealer-installed parts from aftermarket brands. They can be added on to any 2019 or 2020 Ford Ranger with four-wheel drive.

Level 1

The Level 1 kit adds more off-road capability with FOX 2.0 Performance Series monotube shocks, 17-inch Dyno Gray wheels, Ford Performance graphics, and an off-road leveling kit.

Level 2

With this upgrade package, the 2.3-liter EcoBoost engine has been recalibrated to deliver 16 percent more horsepower and 20 percent more torque. It also adds off-road fog lights, a stainless steel license plate frame, blue tow hooks, and impressive BF Goodrich tires.

Level 3

The Level 3 package will be available next summer, and sounds like it’ll be worth waiting for. It includes everything from the Level 1 and 2 packages, except it sports red tow hooks instead of blue and has a better 30-inch LED lightbar. Additional features include a winch-capable front bumper, a Ford Performance sport exhaust, and a Ford Performance chase rack.
